Employee benefits roofing companies can offer

Many employees care more about the company culture, opportunities and benefits rather than focus on base compensation. As we prepare for 2024, KPost Roofing & Waterproofing has upgraded our health insurance plans to greatly reduce employee and employee family deductibles.

We also launched an employee KPost Apparel website and give gift coupons recognizing performance. We recently expanded our marketing team to focus on more employee social media recognition and more consistent KPost Employee fun days like barbecue tailgates, bring your dog to work days and supporting employee initiatives like breast cancer walks.
