Ellsworth, RCS Partner, visits with Jess Cress of Bone Dry Roofing Company about what is happening today in roofing related to diversity.  Jess, along with Rae July, Chinook Roofing, is a co-chair of the newly formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee for National Women in Roofing (NWIR).  They talk about how NWIR has taken a leading position in the industry to advance DEI and how more women than ever are not only joining roofing but networking for huge success.  They also chat about the roofing business in Georgia and how much the last year has changed the way we do business.
