In April 2024, Valentine Roofing selected the parents of one of our longtime and beloved employees, Experience Manager- LeeAnn Stevens. Her elderly parents, Roberta and James, have needed a new roof due to it being over 20 years old, having moss, and were planning it on their own doing their roof sections at a time as that was what they could afford. LeeAnn's colleague voted for LeeAnn's parents as she overheard some of the troubles LeeAnn's parents were facing financially and LeeAnn's worries of having her father on the roof. In this photo, Valentine Roofing employees created signs and posed next to LeeAnn's desk, with LeeAnn unsuspecting anything was happening. We surprised LeeAnn and her parents with a mini parade in front of their home on April 12th. Here at Valentine Roofing, we take care of our own employees- and even their families.”
