These have all been fully inspected and warranted projects 600 squares or larger. So far, the mfr's have stepped up to the plate. I got one Stevens roof replaced just shortly before Stevens was bought by Dow. Sure glad it happened when it did. I thin>>>

yeah it is a self adhering membrane, what has been the verdict with the manufacturer do they blame the problem on the contractor or they take the nut for it?>>>

I have installed acres of TPO, but I don't like any of it. To date, every tpo I have installed has failed inside of 10 years. I have never installed Freedom. Is that the GAF brand name? Of what I have installed Carlisle seems the best, and>>>
