Jim Ziminski started his career in window sales, learning about the retail side of business and what customers did and didn’t want. He knew he wanted to do more with this and so he accepted a job with CertainTeed, leading their vinyl division. Through working with siding, he made his way into roofing with Able Roofing. He began working with Mike Blumenfeld, his partner at BZR Advisors, and Omnia Exterior Solutions was established in 2022. Omnia is an innovative partnership platform for entrepreneurial, visionary roofing and remodeling companies. They collaborate with motivated business owners to accelerate their growth.
