UltraPly® TPO SA installs in colder temperatures and goes down faster — helping your crew stay productive throughout the year.

Elevate's UltraPly roofing systems are made out of durable thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO). TPO is perfect for low slope roofing applications and is one of the fastest growing segments in the roofing industry. Why? In addition to their long-lasting performance, TPO roofs are popular because of their energy efficiency, sustainability and economical nature.

These systems are created by incorporating an ethylene-propylene rubber into a polypropylene matrix and produced with a polyester weft inserted reinforcement. This engineering creates a scrim-reinforced membrane that combines “the flexibility of rubber with the heat-weldability of a thermoplastic in a flexible sheet with excellent lay flat characteristics.”

And the benefits aren’t just limited to post-installation performance. In fact, Elevate recently released an 80-mil UltraPly product that is self-adhered (SA) through secure bond technology. This product helps contractors sell more squares each season, specifically crews of four can install it 4x more than traditional TPO! How is this possible? Because it’s self-adhered, it keeps your crew on their feet by eliminating the need for rolling, spreading or spraying – saving them time and labor.

In addition to making your installations more efficient, Elevate’s UltraPly TPO SA gives you unmatched adaptability! It can be installed at as low as 20°F (-7°C), allowing you to extend your roofing season beyond the typical warm weather period, and is able to be installed on occupied buildings as it has no odor. Overall, Elevate’s UltraPly TPO SA enables contractors to expand their roofing season and install more squares with fewer people – all without sacrificing long term durability and performance.
