Productivity Solutions Beyond Measure

Brad Van Dam, VP of sales for MTL, the parent company of Metal-Era and Hickman Edge Systems meets with RCS President Heidi J. Ellsworth for a Roofing Road Trips episode that looks at the future of roof perimeters.  

Brad Van Dam started his contracting business just out of college, and ran that business for 18 years. “I really enjoyed my time as a contractor, had about 50 employees there, did concrete coatings and polishing and kind of got introduced to the coatings world and then flipped over onto the manufacturing side at Metal-Era,” says Brad.  

Now Brad has enjoyed 10 years at MTL and has gotten actively involved with Single Ply Roofing Industry (SPRI). “Just this last year, they voted me in as the president for this term,” says Brad. “So I am excited to serve our industry further.”
