Premium Sponsorships Available for the FRSA Annual Convention and Expo

Make your mark with these sponsorship opportunities at the roofing industry’s largest regional expo. 

The Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Assocation (FRSA) annual convention and expo is set to take place July 21-23, 2021 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida.  

You have the opportunity to sponsor FRSA's three-day convention, which includes the largest regional roofing expo, the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo, as well as educational seminars, family fun, sports and networking. The sponsorship deadline is January 29, so act fast! 

Sponsorship opportunities include:  

Welcome reception – $2,500 

Enjoy having your own sponsored food station and join contractors and guests for the welcome reception at the very beginning of the event. Your food station will include signage and napkins with your company’s logo as well as e-mail invitations sent to all pre-registered attendees with your company logo. 

Casino night – $1,000 

Have your company logo on the table for Casino Night. You’ll receive your own sponsored game table, signage and company logo themed money.  

Expo lounge – $3,000 

Have a full color ad printed on six lounge tables and pick up 1,400 square feet of advertising space as the Expo Lounge sponsor. These tables are heavily-used throughout the expo and you’ll be able to distribute company literature in the lounge area.  

Online registration – $5,000 

You can guarantee your company gets recognized with this sponsorship opportunity. Your full color logo and website link will be featured at the top of the event registration where all attendees are required to register. Your website will also be included on every confirmation email.  

Floor graphics – $475 each  

Direct attendees to your booth and cover more turf by having multiple full color floor graphics. These 4x4- foot floor billboards are located in the cross-aisles of the Expo floor and can include a company logo and message. 

Event live display – $2,500 

Have your company logo and website at the busy registration desk and lounge area of the expo floor by becoming the exclusive sponsor of the live display monitors. These monitors are used throughout the expo to keep attendees informed on the latest expo news and display upcoming events and live tweets. 

Phone chargers – $2,000 

This opportunity allows you to place your company logo on two lighted kiosks in heavy-traffic areas on the Expo floor.
