Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc. has received exclusive rights to the Berkley North Pacific Roofing Program, which launched on April 1, 2022.

The program offers an admitted market for roofing companies to get their insurance through. Admitted carriers are often the first choice for roofing contractors because their policies are backed state guaranty funds in the event of a carrier’s insolvency. This means that, should a carrier go out of business, their state will cover their claims up to a specified limit, whereas non-admitted carriers don’t have this protection.

Currently, no other agents or agencies have access to this roofing program, which offers competitive rates with superior coverage. Multiple lines of business can be packaged under the Berkley Roofing Program, including: commercial general liability, commercial auto, commercial property, inland marine and umbrella/excess. There are benefits when it comes to auditing, as well. Should a contractor not meet their gross sales/payroll estimates, any leftover premiums will be refunded.
