The future of roofing depends on creating space for more perspectives, stronger leadership and broader career opportunities. For Project Map It (PMI), supporting National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is one way to help build an industry where more people can contribute, grow and lead. 

NWIR works to empower women in roofing while supporting career development, professional connections and industrywide professionalism. Team members of all genders participate in NWIR, with some contributing through local chapters, national initiatives and specialized councils.
